Authors include acclaimed figures in contemporary Irish literature, such as Colm T ib n, John Banville, John Boyne, Roddy Doyle, Colum McCann, Paula Meehan, Paul Muldoon, John Montague, and Seamus Heaney. These literary responses to art are by turns profound, playful, and insightful.
They range from old master paintings by Caravaggio, Rembrandt, El Greco, and Vel zquez to works by Impressionist and Post-Impressionist artists such as Claude Monet and Pierre Bonnard, as well as works by Irish artists such as Jack B.
