I was born and raised in KY. I attended a church from the day I was born that my grandfather pastored and where my father was a missionary. When I was eleven my family moved to CA and made numerous trips back and forth until I finally made the decision to plant my roots in CA to this present day.
I have a saying that I'm not religious I just love the Lord. I grew up serving the church where ever I attended and still do today in a church in CA where I have co-pastored with my present husband since 2009. You'll see in this book how I lived for years hiding so much anger, hurt and abuse until a pastor's wife counseled me to share it with others.
That's how this book was born. Writing and reading it has helped me heal and gave me part of my testimony. I lived a very sheltered good life within the walls of the church until I got married the first time.
