The material is designed to capture students` interest through a variety of different contexts including humour , fiction , real life and cross cultural material .Grammar and vocabulary are taught in three steps - presentation , comprehension and practice . Reading for pleasure is encouraged and a carefully graded programme develops reading skills .Each student`s book contains eight sections with four lessons in it followed by a revision section . `Reading corners` and `culture corners` develop students` skills . Each student`s book has a small play at the end .
