The text discusses aetiology and pathogenesis, but the emphasis is laid on key points in diagnosis, differentiation of syndrome and treatment, particularly with herbal medicine. These diseases span such TCM specialties as: internal medicine, surgery, gynaecology, paediatrics, dermatology, otorhinolaryngology.
